Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment where payment is required. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details.

2. Arrival

Please arrive at the time stated in your reservation confirmation.

For DJ Live and VIP reservations, if you expect to arrive later than planned, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate your arrival.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment providers. We do not collect or store your payment card details on our website.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the reservation package selected during booking. Please review the cancellation conditions displayed before completing your reservation.

5. Venue Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is abusive, dangerous, illegal, or may negatively affect the experience of other guests.

6. Availability

Although every effort is made to honour confirmed reservations, exceptional circumstances beyond our control may require changes. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.

7. Liability

2 Brothers Bar Santorini is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, strikes, force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control.
